Our Pet Policy
- The Retreat at Walnut Creek Apartments are pet-friendly, allowing dogs and cats.
- Two pets are permitted per
apartment home.
- A pet addendum and vet records
are required prior to the pets' move-in.
- All breeds and weights are
accepted upon interview.
Pet Fees
- A $300 one-time nonrefundable
fee for each pet is required at the pets' move-in.
- $30 monthly pet rent per
pet
- $50 per dog, a one-time
nonrefundable World Pet Registration Fee required per dog
