Our Pet Policy
- The Retreat at Walnut Creek allows dogs and cats
- Two pets per apartment home
- A pet addendum and vet records are required
- All breeds and weights accepted upon interview
Pet Fees
- 1 pet: $25 monthly pet rent + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee
- 2 pets: $40 monthly pet rent + $400 one-time nonrefundable fee
